Alumni FAQ

You can request an official transcript 24/7 through yourĀ . Please check your unofficial transcript to make sure your coursework and grades have posted before ordering your official transcript.

You can request an electronic transcript or pay an additional fee for rush delivery of a paper transcript if you need expedited service. Please note, some limitations apply to rush deliveries. Learn more aboutĀ ordering transcripts.

As a graduate of °®¶¹“«Ć½, you are automatically a part of the Alumni Association. To gain access to the benefits on the alumni website, please log in using yourĀ Ā login credentials.

If you already have a student portal login,Ā . Or you canĀ Ā if you don’t have one.

Your IRN or ā€˜Individual Record Number’ is your unique identification number. You can find it on the top right corner of your student portal in the drop down under your name. If you need your IRN in order to create a student portal login, please emailĀ alumni@phoenix.eduĀ with all four of these items:

  • Your name as it appears on your diploma
  • Your graduation date
  • Your birth date
  • The last four (4) digits of your social security number

You can request an alumni confirmation letter by calling the Office of Admissions and Records Support Center atĀ (602)-557-4600. This letter states you graduated with degree type, date and that you are a part of the alumni association.

All updates to your contact information can be made on yourĀ Ā in the student portal.

These fields are not editable and are part of your official student record. If any of those fields needs to be updated, please contact the Office of Admissions and Records Support Center:

This is standard and you have nothing to worry about. Once you order your diploma, it takes time for our database to switch you from ā€œstudentā€ā€™ to ā€œalumniā€ status. This process typically takes about 30 days. If you need help ordering your diploma, please contact your Academic Representative.

The Alumni Association oversees alumni chapters across the country. Joining a chapter is always free, and you’ll get to connect with fellow alumni, network, attend local and virtual events and more.Ā Find the chapter closest to you.

There are currently 50 alumni chapters across the United States. When adding new chapters, we consider:

  • Total Alumni population (footprint)
  • Campus presence
  • Strong campus support
  • Level of participation at Homecoming events
  • Geography, national balance and proximity to existing Chapters

While we don’t have any plans on future expansion of the program at this time, we will certainly make a note of your request to add one and look into your area as a possibility. If you have any questions, please contact us atĀ alumni@phoenix.edu.
