The full cost of your program is based on several factors. This includes the number of credits per course—typically 3 credits but ranging from 1 to 6—and whether you have eligible transfer credits or qualify for other savings opportunities. But we’re here to help!

During the admissions process, you will receive an estimated personal financial plan based on the information you provide. Enrollment representatives are available to answer your questions.

All students are eligible and will receive a locked-in tuition cost until they graduate from their program.Ìý

Resource fees at the °®¶¹´«Ã½ cover a variety of tools and services designed to support your learning experience. These include access to electronic textbooks and materials, the University Library, our eBook collection, virtual tutoring services, virtual science labs and the Centers for Math and Writing Excellence. Please note that these fees, when applicable, are mandatory.

At the °®¶¹´«Ã½, you have multiple options to pay for your education, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Potential options include:

  • Federal financial aid:ÌýApply for grants, loans, or both by completing the FAFSA and meeting necessary requirements.
  • Military or Veterans Affairs benefits:ÌýUse benefits like the GI Bill® or Tuition Assistance, with payments billed directly to the appropriate agency.[1]
  • Employer tuition assistance:ÌýEmployers may cover some or all tuition costs for employees.
  • Tuition deferral:ÌýDelay tuition payments when using military benefits or employer reimbursement; uncovered fees must be paid upfront.
  • Third-party billing:ÌýThe University bills approved third parties, such as employers, directly for tuition and fees.
  • Cash payment plans:ÌýPay tuition upfront using credit cards, checks, or e-checks.
  • Private student loans:ÌýBorrow from private lenders to cover costs not met by federal aid, subject to credit and lender terms.

How your payments work will depend on the funding method you select. For example, payment schedules and processes may vary if you're using financial aid, employer assistance or a cash payment plan.

Potential savings opportunities include:

  • Transfer eligible credits: If you’ve earned credits from an accredited institution, you may be able to transfer them to reduce the number of courses you need to take.
  • Credit for work and life experience: Through our Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), you can have your professional and life experience evaluated for potential college credit.
  • Scholarships: Apply for our competition-free scholarships, which can help lower your out-of-pocket costs.
  • Employer benefits: Check if your employer offers tuition assistance or reimbursement programs.
  • Self-paced courses: Complete low-cost, self-paced courses from alternative course providers and apply those credits toward your degree.
  • Testing for credit: Demonstrate your existing knowledge by taking a test from one of the acceptable National Testing Programs such as CLEP, DSST, AP and many more from credit that may be applied to your degree program.
  • Military credits: All branches of the military have had military experience assessed through the American Council of Education (ACE). The University honors these credit recommendations, and those credits can be applied to your undergrad program at °®¶¹´«Ã½.
  • Community college benefits: Leverage agreements between the °®¶¹´«Ã½ and select community colleges across the U.S. to save on your education.
  • Special tuition rates: Associate degree graduates, alumni and military students are eligible for lower tuition rates.

By exploring these options, you can find a flexible, affordable pathway to earning your degree.

Aside from our Tuition Guarantee, some students may be eligible for special tuition rates:

  • Associate degree graduates: As a graduate from an accredited college or university, you have access to a special tuition rate on your bachelor’s degree.[2]
  • Alumni: You can take advantage of an exclusive alumni tuition rate Ìýto save on another degree.[2]
  • Military students: If you are affiliated with the U.S. Armed Forces, as active-duty service members and family members of active duty and selected reserve, you may be eligible for a lower, special tuition rate.

Please note that students who receive a reduced tuition rate in one of the categories described above will not be eligible for any other tuition and/ or fee reduction, waiver, benefit or offer. If a student wishes to use any other tuition and/or fee reduction, waiver, benefit or offer, it will only be applied to the University's standard tuition rate. For more information, please reach out to an enrollment representative.
