July 2026

July 16, 2026 at 11 AM (AZ time)

Why does 2020 feel both recent and far away? Why do the years since then feel difficult to sort, remember, or separate? Why can people be constantly connected, yet still feel isolated, scattered, or strangely untethered?

This session explores a shared but often unnamed experience: the sense that time, routine, and connection have not fully “reset†since 2020. While many conversations about the past few years focus broadly on burnout or mental health, this session examines the everyday disruptions people are still navigating, including blurred boundaries, weakened social rituals, digital saturation, caregiving pressures, loneliness, and the invisible fatigue of constant adaptation.

Panelists will discuss how this “blurâ€Â shows up across workplaces, classrooms, teams, families, and communities. The conversation will move beyond “people are burned out†to ask what has changed in how people experience time, attention, memory, trust, and connection.

Participants will leave with sharper language for what they may be feeling in themselves and seeing in others, along with practical ways to recognize disconnection and create small anchors of rhythm, clarity, and steadiness in everyday spaces.
