This theoretical paper delves into the essential role of leadership education in empowering workforce potential through a holistic andragogical approach. Drawing on established leadership theories and research, it emphasizes the integration of both curricular and co-curricular contexts, specifically tailored for scholars, practitioners, and leaders. The paper highlights transformational leadership principles where leaders inspire followers to align with shared values and aspirations. It addresses the transformative capacities of leadership education, aiming to cultivate human potential beyond traditional knowledge transfer, and explores the intersection of knowledge, human potential, and experiential learning.
