Dr. Pablo Rodríguez is a seasoned C-level executive with over two decades of global experience in cloud computing operations, client services, product development, and strategic management. He has worked extensively with telecommunications clients and suppliers worldwide and has played a pivotal role in implementing best practice policies that ensure service continuity and risk mitigation.

Dr. Rodríguez served at Register.com and later as Executive Vice President of the Puerto Rico Top Level Domain (PRTLD), leading market expansion strategies. A founding contributor to the North American region of the Country Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO), he currently serves as a Councilor representing the North American region. Since 2021, he has directed the Graduate School at EDP University.

He holds a BA in Biology (CUNY), an MBA in Technology Management, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Information Systems and Technology from the ������ý.
