Dr. Janice Cardwell

Dr. Janice (Jan) Cardwell, CEO of Conceivers Leadership and Learning Group Coach, is also known as AI-Janice when she shares the Anthology of her Artificially Intelligently Influenced Life©.

Her forty-plus years of leadership experience across industry sectors include her tenure as former Vice President/Director of the °®¶ą´«Ă˝-Detroit Campus (2006-2020). Now, she shares her knowledge as a coach, consultant, trainer, and Chair of the Board of the National Entrepreneur Association. She holds a PhD in Education, an MBA in Global Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Human Resource Management Certificate. She is also the recipient of the 2019 International Leadership Association Women in Leadership Award for Outstanding Practice with Local Impact. And 2023 Recipient of the Detroit Community “That Girl Award.”

Cardwell is scholar and author of Courage a Seven Letter Word that Saved a Non-Profit and “Hear Me! See Me! Be Me! Experiences of African American Women in Leadership in America”. And The A to Z of a Doctorate Degree - What I Learn as a Doctoral Mentor©. Her Personal Philosophy: “Give the acknowledgment, recognition, and validation a person has earned, and they will be a better contributor to your cause, project, or business” (Cardwell, 2020). She is a distinguished fellow in the Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Research and heads a special AI project within the center.Â
