Virtual Commencement
The moment you’ve been working towards for years is finally here. It’s time to celebrate your achievement surrounded by people who are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished.

Everyone is invited to celebrate our graduates at the Virtual Commencement, which is streamed on YouTube. If you’d like to access the comment feature during the ceremony, you’ll need a YouTube account. See YouTube links above for watching the ceremony.
REGISTRATION CLOSES March 19
Please note, all registered graduates will have a slide with their name and degree announced during the commencement.
After your reach the confirmation page while registering you will find a link to Additional Info for your ceremony. In there you will find a link to submit your photos and message. Submit one picture and one message or favorite quote, to be featured on your personalized name slide, which will be displayed when your name is read. Also, you can share how you want your name pronounced.
If you’re not planning to wear regalia, be sure to dress professionally to look your best for your photo.
If you cannot provide a photo and/or message by the deadline date, please know there will still be a slide with your name, degree and name announcement for the ceremony.

We encourage graduates to submit their own celebratory moments for a chance to be part of our graduate video!
These submissions can include graduation parties, pictures with family, impromptu dancing or celebration, walking across a makeshift stage, hat and gown portraits, throwing hats in the air, tassel moves, etc. Landscape/horizontal orientation is preferred if possible. Please avoid sending content that includes added graphics, captions, or video transitions.

Yes, you are welcome to participate in both.
It’s easy. When they become available, send them the direct commencement link to the virtual commencement you registered for prior to the ceremony. Commencements will be available for viewing up to 30 days after the ceremony.
No. Graduates will not be on camera and therefore no camera is required. However, everyone is encouraged to post celebratory comments in the chat window throughout the ceremony, which is viewable to all.
